Emma Shields-Nordness Receives Degree from UW-River Falls

Emma Shields-Nordness of Excelsior, MN, received a Bachelor of Social Work degree in Social Work during spring commencement at the University of Wisocnsin-River Falls in May. Bachelor's degrees were awarded to 720 undergraduates while 87 students received master's degrees.
