Heather Harris Receives Degree from UW-River Falls

Heather Harris of New Richmond, WI received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and received Senior Merit honors during fall commencement at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in December 2013. Bachelor's degrees were awarded to 367 undergraduates while 53 students received master's degrees.
