Joseph DeCarlo Named to Dean's List at UW-River Falls

Joseph DeCarlo from Stillwater, MN, was among more than 2,222 students from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls who made the spring semester Dean's List. DeCarlo is majoring in Physics.
