Sierra Johnson Receives Scholarship from UW-River Falls College of Business and Economics

Sierra Johnson of Black River Falls, WI, was awarded a Accounting Department Scholarship and the College of Business and Economics Faculty & Staff Scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls College of Business and Economics annual awards program April 23. The college awarded more than $35,600 in scholarships at the program which recognized students for their exemplary achievements.

"The honors and awards celebration for the College of Business and Economics allows us to recognize outstanding achievement of our students," said Glenn Potts, dean of the College of Business and Economics. "The scholarship awards are made as a result of gifts from loyal alumni and friends of the university. With rising tuition and falling state support of the university, these gifts are becoming critically important for our hard working students."
